Terms and Conditions of the Data Tech Master 2025 Awards Program
1. Organization and Scope
1.1. This program (hereinafter, the “Program”) is organized by DATATECH Inc., located at 2980 NW 108th Ave, Miami, FL 33172, United States.
1.2. Only clients selected by DATATECH Inc. based on their performance during the 2025 fiscal year will be eligible to participate.
2.1. Participants will have access to:
3.1. Participants will be invited exclusively through direct email communications and/or personal invitation from their commercial representative.
3.2. Participation in the Program requires registration on the Data Tech Master Platform and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4.1. Goal achievement will be calculated as a percentage based on the quarterly targets assigned to each client.
4.2. Participants may check their progress weekly through the Data Tech Master Platform and will receive a monthly status report via email.
4.3. In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the participant with the highest purchase volume in the selected brands.
5.1. If the participant reaches 70% of the assigned quota by December 31, 2025, they will receive a special rebate equivalent to 0.5% of the 70% target.
5.2. If the participant reaches 100% of the assigned quota by January 31, 2026, they will receive a special rebate equivalent to 0.25% of the total target.
5.3. The rebate will apply to whichever milestone is reached first.
5.4. Rebates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise decided by the organization.
5.5. Rebates will be processed within 15 business days after the end of the corresponding period.
6.1. The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or suspend the Program for justified force majeure reasons.
6.2. Any modification will be communicated to participants at least 10 days in advance.
7.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. By participating, clients authorize the use of their data exclusively for Program management and communications.
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
8.2. Any dispute arising from the Program will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Florida.
9.1. Participation in the Program implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
