DataTech Master Rewards Program
1.1. This rewards program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is organized by DATATECH Inc, located at 2980 NW 108th Ave, Miami, FL 33172, United States.
1.2. Participation is limited exclusively to customers selected by DATATECH Inc based on their billing performance during the year 2025.
2.1. The program includes three categories determined according to the billing level of the participating company:
2.2. Companies may be promoted to a higher category if they improve their billing level during the Program.
2.3. Each category will have exclusive prizes awarded at the end of the Program.
3.1. All SELECT, ELITE, and PREMIER memberships will include the following benefits:
4.1. Participants will be invited exclusively through direct communications via email and/or through an explicit invitation from their sales representative.
4.2. Participation in the Program requires registration on the DataTech Master Platform and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5.1. Goal achievement will be calculated as a percentage based on the quarterly targets assigned to each customer.
5.2. Participants will be able to track their progress weekly through the DataTech Master Platform and will receive a monthly report via email.
5.3. In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the participant with the highest total purchase volume in the selected brands.
6.1. Each category (SELECT, ELITE, and PREMIER) will have its own prizes at the end of the Program.
6.2. The number of winners per category will be announced when the prizes are published for the February – April 2026 period.
6.3. Prizes may include trips, technology products, and exclusive benefits.
6.4. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by the organization.
6.5. Winners will be notified within 15 business days following the end of the corresponding quarter.
7.1. The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as to suspend or cancel the Program due to justified force majeure circumstances.
7.2. Any modification will be communicated to participants at least 10 days in advance.
8.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
8.2. By participating in the Program, participants authorize the use of their data exclusively for purposes related to the management and communication of the Program.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
9.2. Any dispute arising from the Program will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Florida.
10.1. Participation in the Program implies the full and express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
